Job Description
This position is responsible for performing & evaluating the validity of technical laboratory procedures in all rotated clinical areas on neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult & geriatric patient specimens to obtain data for use in the diagnosis & treatment of disease in accordance with CRMC & profession standards of practice; maintaining all aspects of quality assurance, control, & improvement; providing rapid & accurate reporting of results, preventative maintenance, & technical assistance; relaying & documenting all alert (critical) values appropriately; & models appropriate behavior as exemplified in the CRMC Mission and Values statement.
