Lab Technician

LabVault is a high-complexity molecular diagnostics laboratory operating under a Laboratory-as-a-Service model. We're a growing team, and this role will evolve as we do. What You'll Be Doing Perform both specimen accessioning and bench laboratory support concurrently Work across accessioning/data entry and bench laboratory functions simultaneously Dual role supporting both LIS data entry and bench laboratory operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related life science field At least 2 year of CLIA laboratory or clinical operations experience High attention to detail — non-negotiable in this environment Comfortable with focused, repetitive work at volume Flexible — priorities shift and we need someone who adjusts without friction Reliable, organized, and knows when to ask questions Basic computer proficiency; Microsoft Office experience helpful Schedule Tuesday-Saturday. Shift is either 10am-8pm (4 days) or 12pm-8pm (5 days); final schedule determined based on operational need.
