We value our nurses and provide ongoing clinical support to help you succeed. Patient Overview We are seeking an LVN to provide private duty nursing care for a 10-year-old pediatric patient. The patient requires G-tube feedings, tracheostomy care, and ventilator support as needed. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting Perform G-tube feedings and care Provide tracheostomy care and suctioning Monitor respiratory status and ventilator support as needed Follow the physician's plan of care Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes Complete accurate and timely electronic charting using Axxess Communicate effectively with family members and the clinical team Qualifications Active California LVN license Current CPR certification G-tube and tracheostomy experience preferred Ventilator experience preferred Strong assessment and documentation skills
Pay:
$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
