- How you make a difference
- Under the direction of the MAT Medical Director, theLicensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)delivers comprehensive clinical services to individuals enrolled in the Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Assists in the evaluation of patients' physical, psychological, and social needs; collaborates with RNs and other healthcare staff to help develop individualized treatment plans.
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Education + Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Experience + Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience Licenses/Certifications + Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment. + Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
