Pay Range:

$30-$35/hr Case specific pay Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a home health environment Manage duties specific to the night (NOC) shifts Monitor and assess patient conditions throughout assigned shifts Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes Respond to on-call duties as needed Required Qualifications Valid LVN license Minimum 1 year of nursing experience Preferred Qualifications Experience with G-Tube care Tracheostomy care expertise Ventilator management experience
