Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality resident outcomes Uphold all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
