Hours:

7am-3pm and or 3pm-11pm Duties Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to evaluate health status. Assist with medical procedures and interventions, including IV infusion, catheterization, and wound care. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients and families on health management, medication administration, and post-care instructions. Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide emotional support as needed. Participate in discharge planning and case management for continuity of care. Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards. Requirements Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice. Experience in critical care, long-term care, assisted living, or similar settings is preferred. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks. Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding is a plus. Familiarity with various nursing specialties including geriatrics, pediatrics, hospice care, emergency medicine, internal medicine, and more. Strong patient assessment skills and the ability to perform basic life support (BLS). Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
