Key Account Representative
Job Description

What you'll do: Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns through phone calls and email correspondence Provide exceptional customer service to bolster sales efforts and enhance customer satisfaction Collaborate closely with Outside Sales Representatives (OSR) to strengthen customer relationships and work collectively towards achieving sales targets Manage the entire order process from initiation to delivery, including order tracking and recommending complementary products Make strategic recommendations to increase the adoption of private label products and digital solutions Support OSRs in developing account growth strategies and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while assisting with various customer operations Efficiently resolve day-to-day customer issues, whether working remotely or from company offices as required What you'll bring: Minimum of 2 years' Sales or Customer Service experience, preferably in building materials Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound judgment Effective interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Willingness to travel up to 25% for business purposes.
