This role combines community outreach, business development, member follow-up, and event coordination. You'll spend time visiting local businesses, introducing opportunities, following up with contacts, and helping plan and support local events. Responsibilities Visit local businesses and build relationships Introduce membership, event, and sponsorship opportunities Follow up with prospective and current members Help generate new leads and memberships Assist with planning and coordinating events Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and participants Attend networking and community events Keep outreach and follow-ups organized Provide basic office support related to events and outreach We're Looking for Someone Who Is Friendly and comfortable talking to new people Confident approaching business owners Organized and reliable with follow-up Comfortable with some sales and business development Able to work independently Available for occasional evening or weekend events Position Details Part-time Mostly weekday/business hours Mix of office work, local outreach, and events Hourly pay Additional compensation opportunities for new memberships Mileage reimbursement for approved business travel
