About Coastal Kids Home Care Coastal Kids Home Care is a pediatric licensed home health agency. Come develop excellent skills, feel appreciated every day, you don't work short-staffed or feel like you've been run over by a truck at the end of a shift - 1:1 training in the home with an experienced nurse, safe and paid at full rate. SCOTTS VALLEY 95066 - 9
month old baby girl. Patient is diagnosed with Monoallelic Mutation of TTN gene, OSA, Hypoaremia, Chronic airway obstruction, PDA, Benign tumor of Brachial cleft or vestiges. CPAP at night, GJ tube. Nurses responsibilities include providing all ADLs, administering medications and feeds via gtube, providing all gjtube related care, along with providing all pulmonary care as ordered.
Needing:
Female nurse M-Th 5 hours per day. 9am- 2 pm. Qualifications LVN license in the state of California Proficiency in basic life support and patient care Ability to assess and provide nursing care to pediatric patients Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy Willingness to work in home health settings Responsibilities Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations. Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs, administering basic life support as needed. Manage tube feeding, and medication administration, while maintaining accurate electronic health records. Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and caregivers on health management and safety practices.
