06/08/2026 Mandatory Requirements to Apply Active LPN/LVN or RN license Minimum nursing experience in Long Term Care, Nursing Home, or Skilled Nursing preferred Ability to work rotating 36-48 hour schedule Every other weekend availability required Strong patient care, medication administration, and documentation skills Experience working with geriatric or long-term care residents preferred BLS certification preferred Must be comfortable working in a 32-bed nursing home environment Roles & Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to long-term care and nursing home residents Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient conditions Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance standards Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Support resident safety, comfort, and daily care needs during 12-hour shifts Bonus & Benefits +
