Summary We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) to join our compassionate team at Turnbridge. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to our clients, supporting their recovery journey through personalized patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for clients. Provide emotional support and education to clients and their families regarding treatment processes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Requirements Current LPN or RN license in the state of practice. Experience in outpatient or inpatient settings preferred. Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and support. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
