Stonegates is part of a CCRC/Retirement Community. We provide long term/short term rehab care to residents who are admitted exclusively from our independent living community. All schedules require every other weekend commitment. Care team of nurse and C.N.A. care for 10-15 residents. Unheard of in the long term care industry. Great place for new grads! Also great place for nurses who want to spend more time with their residents. We use permanent assignments so you can really know your resident. Preferred candidate is reliable and a team player.
