Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Palms Care Center, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by our medical staff. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by our medical staff Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team Monitor and report changes in resident condition to our medical staff and other members of the care team Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and services provided Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in nursing care
