$34.00/hr. About Centurion Health Centurion Health partners with the Georgia Department of Corrections to provide comprehensive medical and behavioral healthcare services to individuals in custody. Our teams operate in structured, secure environments focused on consistency, safety, and quality patient care. Position Overview The PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Arrendale State Prison provides flexible, as-needed clinical support to ensure continuity of care and coverage across shifts. This role requires adaptability, strong clinical skills, and the ability to step in and perform efficiently within an established care team. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care within scope of practice Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor patient conditions and report changes to RN or provider Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members Follow all clinical protocols, safety procedures, and facility policies Qualifications (Required) Active LPN license in Georgia or compact license (must be in good standing) Current CPR certification (must be active) Required experience in one or more of the following: Behavioral Health, ER, Med-Surg, or Correctional Healthcare Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work in a structured, team-oriented environment PRN Requirements Must be available for a minimum of 2 shifts per month Must be available for at least 2 weekends per month Must be able to provide some holiday coverage as needed Why Correctional Healthcare Flexible schedule that aligns with your availability Structured environment with clear expectations and protocols Opportunity to maintain and expand clinical skills Team-oriented setting with strong support indmhm #AM
