Responsibilities Administer medications and injections accurately following physician orders while adhering to safety protocols. Manage accurate health records efficiently to ensure precise documentation of patient care, treatments, interactions, and follow-up care.

Provide patient education on:

wellness plans, health management, medication use, treatment instructions, and healthy lifestyle habits. Collaborate with the provider and the care team to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care. Proven experience working in medical settings such as clinics, long-term care facilities, hospitals, or assisted living communities. Demonstrated competence in clinical procedures including IV infusion, IM injections, and SQ administration routes. Knowledge of healthcare regulations concerning HIPAA to ensure confidentiality. Handle administrative nursing tasks such as prior authorizations, chart prep, and responding to providers or patients as necessary. Follow infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe, compliant clinical environment. Qualifications Friendly, professional, and compassionate bedside manner Interest in preventative care, lifestyle medication, and wellness services Ability to work independently Dependable in adhering to the work schedule and arriving on time. Valid licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of employment, in good standing, and current CPR/BLS certification.
