Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a home healthcare setting. This role is essential in assisting parents with their child's needs. We are looking for someone who can work Part-time evening shift, 16 hours a week, flexible. Duties Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the parents Provide education to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment plans. Document medical histories, treatment plans, and patient progress accurately in compliance with ICD-10 standards. Utilize Caryfy software for medical documentation and patient management Skills Strong experience in primary care settings. Proficient in medical documentation practices Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is a plus. Excellent communication skills for educating the parents and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with medically fragile children A commitment to providing compassionate care while maintaining professionalism at all times.
