Our Client is seeking a 1:1 School Nurse (LPN) to provide services in the Dekalb County, GA area. HOURS Monday-Friday during school hours
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
  • One on One Nurse assigned to a medically fragile child during school hours, including transportation to and from school
  • Care for medical needs of child(ren) throughout the day
  • Monitor any changes in student's status
  • Complete thorough nursing notes
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Active GA LPN license
  • CPR certification
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year LPN experience
  • At least 1 year experience with Trach's and vents
