This position has a fixed rate of $37/hour
Experience:
Long-term care and home care/community health experience. Hospice/acute pain management and infection control experience.
Education:
LPN license required.

Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm (Ability to work weekends as needed) Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by healthcare providers. Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs. Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans. Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and feeding. Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care. Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention. Utilize EMR/EHR systems to manage patient records.
Position Requirements:
BLS and phlebotomy skills. Strong ability to handle triage and acute care situations. Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding. Ability to work with patients requiring Alzheimer's, memory care, or developmental disability support. Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively. Ability to stay calm and not take situations personally in high-pressure moments.
