Clinic- Lakeview West Des Moines, IA Full-time + benefits
Available Shifts:
Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM- 4 days/week
- 1 day off Monday-Friday 7:30AM-5:00PM
- 4 days/week

Provide direct patient care including assessments, education, and triage in an OB/GYN setting. Support providers with in-office procedures (e.g., colposcopies, IUD insertions, biopsies). Administer medications and injections, including vaccines and hormone therapies, as prescribed. Assist with prenatal care, postpartum follow-ups, and routine gynecologic visits. Educate patients about reproductive health, pregnancy, contraception, and preventive care. Triage patient phone calls and messages, assessing urgency and coordinating appropriate follow-up. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR). Ensure compliance with all clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with front desk and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow and scheduling. Participate in ongoing staff education, quality improvement initiatives, and team meetings.Qualifications:
Valid and current licensure/certification in one of the following: Registered Nurse (RN)- Active/Unencumbered RN license in state of practice or compact license including state of practice. OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Active/Unencumbered LPN license in state of practice or compact license including state of practice.
