This part-time school-based position offers an opportunity to play a key role in maintaining student health records, supporting medication management processes, and promoting the overall health and well-being of students in an educational setting. Job Responsibilities Assist with monitoring and maintaining student health records Support medication administration processes and documentation Review medication logs and ensure required documentation is complete Monitor medication inventory and communicate needs to school administration Assist with reviewing health care plans, including seizure, allergy, and asthma management plans Collaborate with school administrators and educational staff to support student health needs Maintain compliance with school health policies and procedures Provide health-related support and guidance within the school setting Promote a safe and healthy learning environment for students Qualifications Active Illinois LPN license required Previous school nursing, pediatric, or community health experience preferred Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to work independently across multiple school locations Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience working with children and adolescents preferred
Assignment Details:
Part-time school-based assignment Up to 10 hours per month Opportunity to support multiple campuses Competitive pay of $38-$42 per hour School schedule with no evenings, weekends, or holidays
