Qualifications Driver's License LPN Nursing Full Job Description Benefits:
Liability Insurance Disability Insurance 401(k) Paid time off An Illinois licensed LPN is required for two or possibly three days a week for an out-patient Methadone Clinic. The two days will normally be Monday and Thursday unless one of those days falls on a holiday and then it will be the following day that you would be required to work. An occasional Saturday may be required. Some of the duties include but not limited to dispensing methadone, administering TB tests, assisting with physical examinations, accurate charting, filing, ordering supplies, patient education and working closely with the program's physician and other staff. Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screening test as required by the law. Prior knowledge of addiction treatment using methadone is a plus but will train. Hours are Monday through Friday 5:15am to 1:15pm. Saturdays 5:45am to 10:45am. An occasional Saturday may be required.
