Work 12-hour shifts (days or nights) with predictable scheduling, averaging 10-12 shifts/month. Earn $270/hr for day/mid shifts and $290/hr for night shifts, with up to a $50,000 sign-on bonus paid quarterly. Position includes malpractice insurance (with tail) and flexible 1099 independent contractor status. Ideal candidates are Board-Certified or Eligible in Emergency Medicine, licensed or eligible in Illinois, experienced with high-acuity cases, and strong communicators.
