Join Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center as a Vent NURSE (RN or LPN) and be part of the Oriol Health Care family on a part-time basis! Hiring for:

Casual positions available for Saturday evening and night shifts, as well as Thursday evening shifts Pay Range (depending on experience):

LPN:

$33.00

•$39.44/hr (plus shift differentials)

RN:

$40.00

•$48.62/hr (plus shift differentials)

RN, BSN:

$42.00

•$50.62/hr (plus shift differentials) As a Nurse on our Respiratory Care Unit at Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our patients. The Respiratory Unit is a specialty unit providing care to patients with ALS, Traumatic Brain Injury and Ventilator Dependency. The desired candidate will have a passion for caring for residents needing 24-hour critical care in a long-term care environment.

Responsibilities:

Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records Stay up to date with current research and best practices in nursing Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Valid MA RN or LPN nursing License 1 year of experience is preferred but will consider a new graduate nurse. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Licenses & Certifications Required CPR Certification Licensed Practical Nurse Registered Nurse Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
