: Under the delegated authority of a registered nurse or provider, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) uses sound nursing judgment in provision of nursing care. Performs a variety of both technical and routine nursing services. Collaborates with health care team in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the effectiveness of the nursing care plan. Demonstrates clinical competence. QualificationsEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
: Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing School. Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills.CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED
: Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Successful completion of HFHS pharmacology exam for the LPN. Current BLS.Additional Information Schedule :
(3) 12 hour shifts- 5:00am
- 5:30pm Every 4th weekend, no holidays Full Time
- Day Shift
- 36 hours/week
