Cotton Point Living Center is a quaint, cozy, long-term care facility nestled in the heart of Matthews, Missouri. This facility offers a beautiful setting for rehab to home resident or those staying with us longer. A specialized dementia unit is available for male residents requiring a safer environment. Full-time therapy staff lend a hand to all residents, inspiring them to maintain physical and mental health. Facility is under new leadership with new administrator and Director of Nursing. Our residents can't wait to meet you! The facility has immediate openings for a Charge Nurse, LPN. Positions are available in a variety of scheduling options. Day or night shift, a few days per week or full-time, the possibilities are endless.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the rule of the Nursing Board Practice Act and Code of Ethics, including treatments, medication passes as needed, assessments, and charting on facilities Electronic Medical Record system Act as Charge Nurse for the facility including management of CMTs and CNAs Report to Director of Nursing Lead facility staff and residents in case of emergency Ensure resident safety Current CPR certification Other duties as assigned
