Job Description

Responsibilities Include:
The Maintenance Supervisor interacts within the Maintenance discipline to ensure the facility is following policies and parameters defined by the state and federal guidelines. Duties include preventative and general maintenance, safety checks, grounds maintenance, and quality control.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Maintenance experience required. Long Term Care/ Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred. Reliable Mode of Transportation.
