Galloway Twp, NJ, 08205 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Med-Tech to join our team in an assisted living environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality medical and personal care to residents, ensuring their health and well-being during the 7 AM to 3 PM and 3 PM to 11 PM shifts. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals. Monitor residents' health status and report any changes or concerns promptly. Assist residents with daily living activities while promoting independence and dignity. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care. Ensure compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents. Qualifications Previous experience as a Med-Tech in an assisted living or similar healthcare setting. Knowledge of medication administration and basic nursing care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Valid certification or licensure as required by state regulations.
