Licensed Practical Nurse-PRN Position Type:

PRN Location:

Old Bridge, NJ 08857

Day Shift:

7:00 AM - 3:00 PM EDT/ 3:00 AM - 11:00 PM EDT Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor residents' health status and report changes promptly. Document nursing care, medications, and resident condition accurately. Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals. Assist with activities of daily living and promote resident comfort and safety. Follow facility policies, infection-control procedures, and applicable regulations. Qualifications Current New Jersey LPN license in good standing. Prior long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred. Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team. Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care. #HC2
