Description:
Crouse Community Center Crouse Community Center is seeking dedicated Full-Time or Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisors to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for our residents in partnership with the Unit Manager and under the supervision of the DON and Physicians. You will guide and support CNAs and other unit staff, exercise sound clinical judgment, and maintain strong communication with supervisors and families. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a warm, customer-service approach to resident care.
Starting Rate:

Requirements:
Required Qualifications Education High School diploma or equivalent Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program Licensure Current New York State LPN license Certifications BLS/CPR (Preferred)
