Job Description

Crouse Community Center Inc is seeking an Overnight Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, resident-centered care on our 11pm shift. In this skilled nursing and rehab setting, you will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor changes in condition, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team. You'll supervise CNAs, support care plans, document accurately, and communicate with residents and families. Responsibilities Provide overnight resident assessments and ongoing monitoring Administer medications and treatments per provider orders Respond to changes in resident condition and perform interventions Document nursing care, assessments, and outcomes accurately Implement and update individualized care plans Supervise and support CNAs and other support staff on shift Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulations Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents Participate in quality improvement and staff education activities Required Skills Resident assessment Medication administration Wound care IV therapy Care planning Clinical documentation Supervision of CNAs Infection control EMR systems Fall prevention
