Job Description
ArchCare seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct clinical care to seniors and individuals with complex medical and social needs in our faith-based Continuing Care Community. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor and document patient status, support care plans, and collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and caregivers across settings. This role promotes dignity, safety, and comfort while supporting families, mentoring aides, and upholding Catholic, mission-driven values of respect, service, and holistic, person-centered care.
