Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient in-person customer service that sets the tone for their visit Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring swift transactions and proper cash handling Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff in maintaining high standards of food safety sanitizing procedures and cleanliness Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, cleaning surfaces, and adhering to hygiene standards in line with food safety management protocols Support with food handling responsibilities during busy periods, including portioning and plating under supervision Handle weight handling tasks safely in the workplace, including lifting supplies or equipment as required for service or cleaning duties Contribute to a welcoming environment by providing exceptional in-person customer service and addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly Qualifications Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality environments preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling practices essential for maintaining hygiene standards Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during service hours Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing POS systems Experience with wine knowledge or beverage service is advantageous Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and perform manual handling tasks comfortably Familiarity with catering or food service experience is beneficial but not mandatory; willingness to learn is valued Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
