What You'll Bring:

Valid New York State LPN license with the ability to obtain or maintain CPR certification At least 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in an inpatient or emergency setting Proficiency in IV placement and phlebotomy Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with patients, families, and team members Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to a fast-paced environment Nice to

Have Skills:

Prior experience working in Pediatric Emergency Departments or similar pediatric acute care units Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems Ability to perform routine patient care functions efficiently and effectively

Preferred Education and Experience:

Graduate of an accredited LPN program Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in emergency or pediatric care settings

Other Requirements:
