We're looking for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our assisted living team and help provide exceptional, resident-centered care in a warm and supportive environment. What You'll Do at Royalton Reserve Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders Monitor residents' health status and report any changes Provide direct nursing care and support daily wellness Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and families to ensure quality care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Support and guide caregiving staff as needed Ensure compliance with state regulations and community policies What You Bring Active LPN license in the state of Ohio Previous assisted living or long-term care experience preferred Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) Why Join Royalton Reserve?
