Job Description
Hopewell Health Centers is a nationally accredited federally qualified health and community mental health center with 23 sites across TEN counties throughout Southeastern Ohio (Athens, Franklin, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Meigs, Perry, Ross, Vinton, and Washington). We are currently seeking a LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
OR CMA/RMA
to join our Lancer Care Clinic team located in Stewart, OH.
•This position may travel to other HHC sites as assigned, on short notice. Must be adaptable and able to work in multiple Hopewell environments. As the
LPN/CMA/RMA
, you will provide and coordinate supportive treatment/nursing services to adult and child patients. You will be required to screen patients, and do testing as ordered by provider. Documentation in the ECW system is required. Must coordinate care with other providers and services. Must administer medications and vaccines as ordered. You will also be required to work as a team with other nursing staff as well as providers. What do we look for in our LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

(Certified Medical Assistants?? Eligible to work in the United Stated Completion of post-secondary education nursing coursework as a Licensed Practical Nurse or completed the medical assistant course and hold a National Certification A valid driver's license, good driving record, and vehicle suitable for transportation. (Must have a minimum of 3 years driving experience and be at least 21 years of age) Position requires current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR), Good verbal and written communication skills.
