Eugene School District 4
J and Springfield Public Schools Schedule:
School hours, 8am•3pm •Hours may vary depending on school term
Compensation:
LPN•$32•$36/ hour depending on prior experience.

ASAP!
Responsibilities:
Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes) by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills Maintain accurate and confidential health records Communicate with parents regarding their child's health status, concerns, and recommended follow-up care Toileting Support Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)
Qualifications:
