Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Piedmont Post Acute - Piedmont, SC $28-$29/hour | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities About Us Piedmont Post Acute is an 88-bed skilled nursing facility located in Piedmont, South Carolina—just 20 minutes from Greenville. We're proud of our supportive culture and are looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

(k) with company match Unlimited employee referral bonuses Employee appreciation events & rewards throughout the year Career advancement opportunities within our South Carolina network Position Summary As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and support residents' overall health and well-being while working closely with the interdisciplinary care team. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team Supervise and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care delivery Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required) Current CPR certification required Must maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills Compassion for an underserved population Why Join Piedmont Post Acute?
