Betty Dare Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team on Day Shift . We are looking for nurses who are passionate about providing excellent resident care, work well as part of a team, and want to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents every day. Responsibilities As an RN or LPN, you will: Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Complete nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition. Promptly communicate changes in resident condition to physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Supervise and provide direction to CNAs and other nursing staff as appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers. Ensure physician orders are accurately carried out and documented. Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team communication. Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements. Promote resident dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life. Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident condition. Work collaboratively with nursing leadership and other departments to ensure excellent resident outcomes. Qualifications Current New Mexico RN or LPN license in good standing. Current CPR/BLS certification preferred. Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required. Strong clinical assessment and communication skills. Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Dependable, professional, and committed to providing excellent resident care. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
