Full-Time | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Sabine Heights is looking for a Full-Time LVN to join our nursing team on the night shift. We're looking for an LVN who is dependable, communicates well with their team, and takes pride in providing great care to residents. You'll work alongside our nursing team to provide hands-on care, monitor changes in resident condition, administer medications and treatments, and help make sure residents receive consistent care throughout the night. What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate clinical team members Complete required documentation accurately and timely Work closely with CNAs and other nursing staff to coordinate resident care Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and other members of the care team as needed Follow facility policies, clinical standards, and infection prevention procedures Support a positive and respectful environment for both residents and staff What We're Looking For Current Texas LVN license in good standing Previous nursing experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Dependable and comfortable working as part of a team Ability to work the 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM schedule Why Join Sabine Heights?
