We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our Rural Health Clinic team. This role supports our providers in delivering high-quality patient care to individuals and families across all ages. Key Responsibilities Assist providers with patient assessments, exams, and procedures. Obtain patient histories, vital signs, and perform basic clinical tasks. Administer medications and injections per scope of practice and clinic policy. Perform and document point-of-care lab tests and maintain laboratory supplies. Support patient education, discharge instructions, and care coordination. Accurately document patient care and interactions in the medical record. Assist with coordination of patient flow and maintaining a positive clinic environment. Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.

For LVN candidates:

Provide nursing care including IV therapy (if certified), wound care, catheterization, and medication administration as allowed under LVN licensure.

Qualifications LVN Candidates:

Graduate of an accredited LVN program. Current LVN license in the State of Texas. Current BLS certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire). One year of nursing experience preferred (clinic or hospital setting).

CMA Candidates:

Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program. Completion of a National CMA certification. Current BLS certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire). Previous clinical experience preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to safely assist patients who may have limited mobility.
