Job Description
Behavioral Pediatric Nurses are a critical part of the agency and must have experience working in the home health setting. Case Managers facilitate direct patient care and skilled nursing visits. Behavioral Pediatric Nurses perform tasks such as medication management, wound care, vital sign monitoring, and patient education in accordance with the established plan of care. We are looking for individuals that are dedicated and dependable. Behavioral Pediatric Nurses must have the following: Must hold a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse from the Virginia Board of Nursing. Must have experience working in a home care agency. Must have direct patient care experience.
