Vineyard Park of Senior Living is currently hiring a Full-Time RN for a salaried position to help manage and support our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents in the North region. This position requires someone who is reliable, dependable, honest, caring, professional, and flexible in supporting the needs of our residents and staff. The Nurse will also participate in an on-call rotation for emergencies and after-hours nursing support .

Summary of Position Responsibilities include:

Interviewing, hiring, evaluating, and disciplining resident services staff Establishing staff schedules and assigning responsibilities based on employee qualifications and resident needs Directing, delegating, and following up on resident care and services Ensuring residents receive services as prescribed or requested in accordance with federal and state regulations and facility policies and procedures Responding promptly and appropriately to injuries, illnesses, fires, and other emergencies Supporting and providing guidance to nurses and caregivers on the floor Promoting positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and community members Serving as a Marketing Ambassador and supporting the ongoing effort to maintain a strong census Required Qualifications Current Washington State RN license Professional appearance and work habits Ability to learn and understand federal and state regulations governing the facility Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to teach and provide oral presentations to individuals and groups Genuine interest in the care and well-being of older adults Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Effective written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated and well organized Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, community members, and all levels of staff Demonstrates integrity, initiative, sound judgment, and professionalism Ability to use and demonstrate the proper use of resident care equipment Ability to direct, delegate, and follow up on resident care programs and services Acceptable professional references Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with geriatric populations Previous supervisory or leadership experience Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to perform the following physical functions: Bending/stooping
