Job Description
Tasks and responsibilities to be delegated by RN and Administrator. Weekly review for medication destruction and documentation. Weekly med cart audit using check list. Weekly filing of paperwork into paper charts Initial and ongoing training of RA staff (RN will perform final evaluation for delegation) Assistance with resident assessments Monthly review of first aid kits and spill kits Member of Infection Control committee Check in medications for cycle fill Assist with monthly in-service planning and presentation Remain available to RAs for resident needs Physical setting
