Licensed Massage Therapist - Mesa | Sensory Scratch Spa Ready to use your massage license in a completely different way? The Scratch Spa is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our Mesa location and train in our signature scratch sensory relaxation experience. This is not traditional massage therapy. Our specialty is gentle, intentional scratch therapy, a unique relaxation service designed to help guests slow down, decompress, and experience deep relaxation through soothing sensory touch. For LMTs looking for something less physically demanding than traditional massage , this position offers the opportunity to work with clients in a calm, modern environment while learning a specialty modality you probably haven't performed anywhere else. Your Role As part of The Scratch Spa team, you will: Perform customized scratch relaxation sessions based on each guest's preferences and comfort level. Help create a peaceful, comfortable experience where clients can completely unwind. Educate new guests on what to expect during their first Scratch Spa experience. Communicate with clients throughout the session to ensure their comfort. Prepare and maintain clean, organized treatment spaces. Deliver the professional and welcoming experience our guests expect from The Scratch Spa. Our specialty sessions use slow, gentle scratching across areas such as the scalp, neck, shoulders, back, arms, hands and legs to create a deeply relaxing sensory experience. Sessions are provided in a clean, professional spa setting , with clients appropriately draped throughout their service.
