Certified Massage Therapist — 50% Commission Limelight Performance & Recovery | Palm Springs, CA Limelight is looking for a motivated Certified Massage Therapist who wants to build their clientele inside a modern health, wellness and performance recovery business. We're not a traditional day spa. Our clients come to us to feel better, move better, recover and perform better. We're looking for a therapist who loves therapeutic bodywork, understands the body, and is excited to keep learning. More Than Massage Limelight offers clients a variety of wellness and recovery services, including: Therapeutic, deep-tissue & sports massage IASTM / Graston-style muscle scraping Cupping & myofascial techniques Shockwave therapy for muscular recovery Localized Subzero CO₂ cold therapy EMS muscle activation Infrared sauna Cold plunge & contrast therapy Red-light therapy PEMF Compression recovery Movement, mobility & stretching-focused services Experience with deep tissue, sports massage, IASTM/muscle scraping, cupping, trigger-point work, myofascial release or assisted stretching is strongly preferred. You don't need to know everything—we love people who want to learn. Build Your Own Book — We'll Help We want to be upfront: this is not a position where you'll be handed a full appointment book. You'll need to bring some clientele and be proactive about building more. Limelight will help market and promote you as much as possible, but you'll also need to network, self-promote, ask for referrals and build relationships in the community. We expect a minimum of approximately 5 appointments per week , with the goal of growing from there. The Deal 50% of your service revenue + 100% of your tips. No room rent or minimum daily fee. We provide the professional treatment space, massage table, linens, laundry, basic supplies, booking/payment infrastructure, recovery environment and marketing support. Our Clientele A large portion of Limelight's clientele is made up of gay men and members of the LGBTQ+ community , and we're proud to provide a welcoming, comfortable and inclusive environment. We're looking for someone who is genuinely comfortable and affirming working with LGBTQ+ clients and treats every person who walks through our doors with professionalism and respect. Limelight is a strictly professional therapeutic massage practice.
