The Lifestyle Collective (TLC) is a Santa Monica-based health and wellness management company dedicated to supporting our clients' overall wellbeing through holistic, integrative care. We are seeking a skilled, professional, and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team of wellness professionals. About the Role We're seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to provide therapeutic massage services to our clients as part of a holistic wellness experience. Sessions may take place at our Santa Monica office or in clients' homes throughout the greater Los Angeles area, so candidates should be comfortable and equipped for both settings. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, ideal for a therapist who wants the flexibility of setting their own schedule while working alongside a supportive, established team of practitioners. Responsibilities Provide professional massage therapy services (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, and/or other modalities) tailored to individual client needs Conduct client intake and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans Uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment space Coordinate scheduling and availability with the TLC administrative team Collaborate with other clinicians and coaches as needed to support integrated client care Maintain current licensure, liability insurance, and continuing education requirements Qualifications Active state massage therapy license in good standing and active liability insurance Professional massage therapy experience preferred Must carry own current liability insurance Must maintain own professional credentialing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, professional, and client-focused Ability to work independently and manage own scheduling Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes within the LA area Own portable massage table and equipment for in-home sessions CPR/First Aid certification a plus
