What We're Looking For:

Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year as a licensed optometrist in California preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply. Excellent refraction skills and a solid clinical foundation. California Optometry License.

Personality & Skills:

Outgoing, extroverted personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional patient interaction skills to build rapport and trust. A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Your Role:

As an Associate Optometrist , you'll: Provide comprehensive eye care, including routine exams, contact lens fittings, and specialty services. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to ensure accurate diagnoses and personalized care plans. Occasionally assist with pretesting, though most is handled by technicians. Deliver a seamless, enjoyable experience for a diverse and healthy patient population.
