We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive, hands-on learning environment where students build strong technical skills and a well-rounded understanding of holistic health practices. We are seeking skilled and motivated Massage Therapy Instructors to teach and mentor students in both classroom and clinic settings. Responsibilities Teach students engaging massage therapy courses through lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training Deliver curriculum in alignment with state regulations and industry standards Demonstrate proper techniques and ensure adherence to safety standards Supervise students during clinic hours and provide massage evaluations with constructive feedback Maintain a safe, professional, and supportive learning environment Support student development, confidence, and readiness for certification and licensure Collaborate with instructors and staff to promote student success Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the modality being taught Active practice or strong professional background in massage therapy Licensing is not required Ideal Candidate Teaching, training, or mentoring experience Strong communication and classroom management skills Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment High level of professionalism and commitment to student success and adult education Reliable and team-oriented Basic proficiency with PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Preferred Modalities (one or more): Lymphatic Drainage Massage Deep Tissue Massage Myofascial Release Trigger Point Aromatherapy Basic Reflexology Chiropractic Massage Foundations of Ayurveda Geriatric Massage Lomi Lomi Massage Orthopedic Shiatsu Pregnancy Massage Reiki I & II Sciatic Massage Sports Massage Thai Massage Therapeutic Stretching Business Practices Medical Terminology Ethics Other (open to other modalities not listed above) Why Join Us?
