Position Overview We are seeking skilled, professional Licensed Massage Therapists to provide high-quality therapeutic and relaxation massage services customized to each client's goals. Pay Structure (Commission-Based) $20 / 30 minute massage $40 / 60 minute massage $60 / 90 minute massage Additional $5 per hot stone add-on $18 /hour for training and meetings Therapists retain 100% of their tips About Us Mountain Shadows Massage & Bodywork is a well-established, therapist-owned massage therapy clinic dedicated to delivering high quality massage therapy. Qualifications Current and valid Massage Therapy license and active Liability Insurance Strong knowledge of anatomy and therapeutic treatment techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and client-focused approach to care Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace Key Responsibilities Greet clients and complete health intake assessments Create and deliver customized massage treatments based on client goals Perform therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques with proper knowledge of anatomy and professional draping Provide post-session self-care guidance and answer client questions Complete accurate SOAP notes for every session Process client checkout and payments Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment space, including sanitizing tables, tools, etc. Arrive on time for scheduled shifts to adequately prepare for the day Complete opening and closing duties when applicable Therapists Can Expect W-2 Employment Employer-Paid Family Medical Leave after 90 days 30 Minutes Between Sessions All supplies and linens provided Pay raise after 90 days Biweekly direct deposit pay No product sales Flexible scheduling Why Work With Us We are a therapist-owned practice led by two Licensed Massage Therapists with 24 years of combined experience.
